It's been one week since I started this blog and I definitely feel different than I did! Here's my measurements compared to last week!

So it's not a huge difference... but it's enough to make me feel like I'm making progress. I need to continue this lifestyle is a want to see major differences in a couple of months/ years. I'm so happy with progress like this as long as it continues to happen. I don't care if it takes six months to lose 10 pounds. As long as I'm healthy and happy, it doesn't matter.
